Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
- Free Cancellation (Peak Dec-Jan): Full Refund up to 60 days before arrival for standard rates.
- Free Cancellation (Off-Peak Feb-Nov): Full Refund up to 45 days before arrival for standard rates.
- Bookings made with a non-refundable rate cannot be canceled or modified.
- Cancellations within 15 days of arrival will incur a fee of one night's stay and will not be refunded.
Changes to Bookings:
- A fee of R50 may apply to change your reservation dates after booking.
- Changes to number of guests are subject to availability at the holiday home.
Guest Responsibility:
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
- The maximum occupancy for the holiday home is 10 guests.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the holiday home.
