Policies

Reservation Policy:

  • Guests must provide valid credit card details to secure a reservation.
  • Cancellation policies vary based on seasonal rate plan.
  • Changes to reservations may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

  • Check-in time: 14:00
  • Check-out time: 10:00
  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment Policy:

  • Full payment for the entire stay is due upon check-in.
  • Acceptable forms of payment: credit cards, EFT, PayPal.
  • A security deposit may be required upon arrival.

Cancellation and No-show Policy:

  • Cancellations made outside 60 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Pet Policy:

  • Altough we love pets, they are unfortunately not yet welcome.
  • Additional charges may apply for pet-friendly accommodations elsewhere.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

Smoking Policy:

  • Our holiday home is smoke-free. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
  • Designated smoking areas are available outside the premises.
